Positive: We spent three wonderful nights at Secret Palm on Koh Phangan and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The bungalows are spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you might need. Spotlessly clean and decorated with care, they feel both comfortable and welcoming. Nestled in lush greenery, the whole property is calm and peaceful. For animal lovers, the adorable dog Luna and two sweet cats add a special charm. The owners – a warm and friendly French couple – are incredibly kind and helpful. They were always available to assist us, whether it was arranging a scooter rental, giving tips for activities, or simply sharing a friendly conversation. It’s clear they have a deep love for Thailand and have truly made it their home. After four weeks of traveling across Thailand and staying in many well-known places, Secret Palm was where we felt most at ease. We initially booked it for its location (just about a 12-minute walk to the Half Moon Party), but the stay exceeded our expectations in every way – just like Koh Phangan itself, which has so much more to offer than just parties. If you’re coming to Koh Phangan, Secret Palm is a must. It’s rare to find accommodation that combines European-level comfort with such a perfect setting and such genuine, caring hosts. For us, it was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip.
